Drive financial performance planning (Rolling Forecast, Annual Operating Plan) for ConQ and spare parts.
Responsible for quality, timeliness and accuracy of core planning, reporting and analysis deliverables in the Domestic Appliances planning & performance cycle.
Drive Month/Quarter End Close process for CONQ / warranty provisioning (in collaboration with Accounting Operations)
Building an internal network with close link with Consumer Care Managers and Finance BPs in the Markets, businesses and other finance domains
Calculate for all Units across the Globe the CONQ % for Monthly provisions and monitor actuals vs provision. Own the relevant Controls for the process
Respond to Audit queries on CONQ topics
Responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis of Contact Center costs
Develop a deep understanding of ConQ and spare parts ways of working in the markets to be able to identify improvement and develop fit for purpose solutions that fit the local working environments.
