Supporting Actions

• Handling Database and related customer support calls through HSD.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing database issues with coordination by other team and business users.
• Participation in patching/upgrades of database as and when required as per agreed, process, time, and SOP
• Performing Logical backup of schemas, objects using Export/Import utility on need basis.
• Recovery of database and application as and when required.
• Management, monitoring life cycle of business applications infrastructure and OS with patch management.
• Participation in various database and application DR-drills.
• Resource Monitoring of Database objects like tablespaces, indexes, and tables etc.
• Participation in Oracle EBS application system administration and database activities.
• Monitor performance bottleneck of databases and reports.
• Monitor build policy/procedure/guideline for Change Management, Access Control, Backup recovery & BCP-DR of EKAAYAN ERP environment and report.
• Monitoring of IaaS & PaaS environment as per Business requirement.
• Implementing user and account security rights and restrictions.
• Overall monitoring of cloud resources on daily basis.
• Participate in internal/external Audit & closure of Non-conformance & observation w.r.t. Business Application IT General Controls.
• Participate in security incident/problem root cause analysis and implementation of Corrective /Preventive actions.
• Implementation of ITGC controls as guide by superiors.
