Responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in the assigned state/territory by promoting our products to clinicians & surgeons across the healthcare value chain, and building relationships with internal and external customers.
1. To retain & provide service to previous and current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services.
2. To achieve or overachieve the assigned budget.
3. To provide effective, efficient, professional service and advice to ensure client satisfaction of the highest level.
4. KOL Management in Coordination with the marketing team to promote all new products to KOLs.
5. Timely submission of week reports, week Plan & Expenses.
6. Monitor competitors’ activities and report about them to Zonal Managers
7. Coordinate with distributors regarding all sales activities, logistic support & payment collection.
8. Attend all workshops and training programs when offered
