1. Planning and execution of technical trials – In-house trials of all new products, mixtures on target crops/pests : SPOC (Single point of contact)
2. Coordination with HQ, Distributors and Agricultural Universities for execution of registration trials as per agreed timelines
3. Technical training to distributors and NS members
4. Monthly, quarterly and annual plan of technical trials and Budgeting of all technical trials on short and medium term plans
M. Sc. (Agri) in Entomology or Plant Pathology with 5 years Work experience in conducting in-house trials and coordinating institutional trials
