POSITION PURPOSE:
The position will have dual responsibility for Talent Acquisition for Sales Force and Talent Management & Development initiatives for India region. This position will work very closely with India Talent Acquisition Lead and Country HR director to shape Talent agenda for the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end to end sales force recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations, retention of existing employees, optimal use of early talent pipeline and engaging with candidates till on boarding.
- You will work across businesses to identify talent needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to recruit the lateral and fresher talent.
- Create and implement new innovative sourcing methods, building partnerships to with relevant Staffing Firms.
- Employer Brand Efforts to improve Brand recall and talent attractions efforts across LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other platforms.
- Be a part of Global Talent projects to improve and deliver best in class candidate experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Management
The role will also support Talent Management processes including workday based reporting, succession planning, talent acceleration and Leadership development initiatives.
