➢ Intake session with Hiring Manager
➢ Sourcing Strategy (Using different channels Job boards, Job portals, Employee Referrals and Internal sourcing tools)
➢ Agency / Vendor Management ➢ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, Offer Negotiations and Roll out ➢ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our CRM. Hiring candidates in employee life cycle management tool (Workday) ➢ Organize job fairs and recruitment events
➢ Weekly / monthly MIS or Reports
➢ Sharing pre-boarding document to HR Operations
➢ Ensure 100% participation of Line Managers in our Hiring Manager Satisfaction survey ➢ Promote employer branding initiatives ➢ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates ➢ Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
Qualification – Graduate/MExperience – 4+ years
