Job Description:
Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) with experience in business strategy, planning, analysis, growth change management, budgeting, valuation, and MIS dashboards for decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be articulate and forward-thinking, capable of anticipating needs, analyzing opportunities, and assessing market forces that impact our organization's growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Government Liaisoning:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and government officials in the healthcare industry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events involving government representatives.
- Conduct research and analyze government policies, regulations, and initiatives relevant to our organization.
- Prepare briefing materials and reports for the MD on government-related matters.
2. Public Relations (PR) Making: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various channels.
3. Medical Regulatory Bodies:
- Stay updated with the regulations and guidelines of relevant medical regulatory bodies.
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, and certifications from these bodies.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with medical professionals, industry associations, and regulatory authorities as needed.
4. Documentation and Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the MD.
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Handle confidential information and always maintain strict confidentiality.
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations to achieve sustained market leadership.
5. Project Support:
- Assist the MD in overseeing and coordinating various projects.
- Conduct research, collect data, and provide analysis on project-related matters.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project-related meetings and follow up on action items.
- Prepare impactful business presentations for C-level executives.
