Job description

This role requires Individual to drive controllership agenda for Biosimilar Initiative comprises of
Day to day finance operational management
Preparation of P&L, Balance-sheet, monthly / quarterly business review
Management of cash flow and equity capital requirements
Drive business requirements in consultation & discussions with leadership team
Partner with various functions for compliance requirement of business
Review & commenting on various agreements involved
Reviews of business cases & associated risks / opportunities

Additionally, support in pharma production linked incentive scheme (PLI) requirements
Partner with teams for preparation of details for PLI scheme
Liaison with tax authorities & auditors for details to be submitted
Support in assessment, compliance requirements
Selection of portfolio, estimation of

Requirements

Operational finance management, drive inter-departmental discussions, presentations to leadership on finance related aspects
Support in preparation of various PLI documents
Support in Audit requirements
To drive new product introductions to be included in PLI time to time
To provide details to authorities sought from them time to time
Closing assessment for past and upcoming years
To drive system upgradation to make systems adaptable to PLI requirement
Assisting in preparation of annual budget for the R&D department
Preparation of actuals against same
7 to 8 years (preferably Pharma R&D)
Good analytical skills
Working knowledge of SAP, Excel
