Job purpose:
Develop strategic partnerships in the automotive sales ecosystem to support business growth.
Formulate and lead advertising and business development campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners in the automotive and mobility technology ecosystem.
What you will do:
Responsible for formulating and implementing growth strategies for the Component Manufacturing Division.
Will lead business development and manage and develop customer relationships.
Manage customer requirements in total and ensure timely deliveries to clients as per schedule.
Develop the framework and the long-term strategic road map for the organization.
He shall be responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies.
Responsibilities:
Increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
To Achieve Order Book target based on group strategy and sales bridge.
Customer New Program Mapping.
BU Opportunity Matrix and competition mapping.
Customer Relationship Management: Existing & Potential.
Arranging the meeting of Company's senior management with the customer top management.
Visit to customer locations and meeting with their senior management teams and key team members.
Conducting review meetings with customers.
Monthly reviews with the BD teams of Business Units.
Personality – Agile and Adaptive, Good interpersonal, analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills. Should be Innovative and Strategic in approach.
Good Understanding of Automotive Industry and auto component industry.
Good knowledge of the Market, Changing trends and customers.
Candidate should have minimum 10 years of automotive experience.
Well versed with BD in an Auto Component industry, Sheet metal, forging, stamping and aluminum casting etc. preferred.
Experience in new business development and managing customer relations.
Prior experience in dealing with Auto majors, exposure to Big players in Auto Component's.
Process and system-oriented person.
Excellent communication skills.
