Job description
  • Collate information regarding the field force size, structure, IC Plans, sales performance, etc. for purposes of analysis
  • Create and optimize incentive plans for each sales role in IBU geographies while promoting global & IBU consistency
  • Assist during the annual quota planning process and apply analytics to ensure optimal coverage models are being used
  • Manage communications of incentive plans and policies
  • Deliver trainings that ensure overall incentive program effectiveness
  • Provide insightful and useful incentive analytics across all management levels that deliver continuous improvement in incentive plan effectiveness
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop an overall incentives strategy for IBU geographies
  • Conduct IC Health Check on effectiveness of field force incentives and help create the incentive plan for field force
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state/federal/local country marketing and promotion laws and regulations working with Global Compensation Team

BTech/ MBA with 0-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation outside of US especially in Europe, LATAM and Asia Pacific

  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (BI, Tableau) data systems ( and MS Office, SQL, Alteryx, Javelin tools.
  • Should understand incentive models for sales force
