Job description

Handling of major accounts, such as Airtel, Excitel, ACT Fiber, Netplus, Hathway and GTPL, etc.

Presales and technical support for all the existing and new customers in India and responsible for product approvals both Actives and Passives
Technical and service support to the customer field engineers
Internally coordinate with the PLM, Engineering & Operations team for new product development & future road map
Provide market intelligence updates on a monthly base, develop product positioning and brand messaging that differentiates the organisation to its competition with offering of valued proposition

Requirements

Permanent fulltime role based out of India office in Delhi.

Candidate requirements:

Education: BE /B Tech (Electronics & Communications) or equivalent - Domain Knowledge: Experience in Broadband FTTH/X network designing - Experience :10-12 Years with 5-6 years min in the specific Broadband & FTTH market. Hands on experience & commissioning/technical knowledge of FTTH Actives like OLT, ONT, EDFA, etc.

And FTTH Passives like Pigtails, Patch Chords, Optical Splitters/Couplers, FDB, FODP, Termination Boxes, Splicing, etc.

Languages to known: Possess ability to communicate in English
