Job description

Service Engineer JD:

  • Should be responsible for all After sales activities carried out in the territory
  • Training
  • Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection training for New dealers
  • Attend the complaints where dealers can not solve the issues and train the dealer technicians on the same
  • Prepare the Training calendar for the year and execute , proper report should be submitted
  • Online trainings to be conducted whenever required on Service management
  • Sub dealer network Training to be planned and execute
  • Warranty Management
  • Regular follow-up with dealers on warranty registration and process
  • Collect all warranty registration and upload in Teams
  • Warranty claims should be handled , Approval process to be followed
  • Warranty data base to be maintain of the territory
  • Training to be given all newly boarded dealers in the system
  • Spare parts Monitoring:
  • Ensure all fast moving parts are available with dealers
  • Regular monitoring spares inventory of dealers and refilling when needed.
  • Finished good vs Parts & Accessories % to be maintained to achieve organization goals
  • P&A campaigns to be done and ensure it support the sales team and dealers
  • Reporting abnormal price to HO to correct the situations
  • Part of MSL planning and ensure forecast for next season requirements
  • Dealer Management:
  • Promptly following up on service requests from dealer / Customers and providing solution on time
  • Communicating with dealers / Dealer person and technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Reporting quality issues to HO and ensure proper solutions provided to Dealers
  • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
  • Conducting research to remain abreast of industry developments.
  • Support sales team by conducting Service camps and campaigns to ensure hi-level confidence to dealer and customers
  • Collect the feedback from customers about products and improvements and report to HO
  • MIS & PDCA reports to HO
  • Attend all kind of Expos to ensure technical support to sales team and dealers
  • Travel time :
  • 80%

candidate should be from relevant field , AGRI , Power tools , Out door power equipment
