Expereince of handling regional service, team management

Proactive, 3rd party management, good interpersonal skills, good patience and customer focussed.

Requirements
  • Achieve service revenue targets including annual maintenance contract (amc), consumables, equipments, etc. Also ensure repairs cost during warranty and amc is withing budget.
  • Conduct technical traininings for service providers as well as customers. Do service review with service providers as well as customers.
