Job description

Responsible for General Trade- Distribution

Drive business growth by appointing new distribution channels in unrepresented areas, and developing and strengthening existing distribution and retail networks across regions.

  • Sales Forecasting and planning by keeping a sharp focus on ND expansion and weighted distribution growth across markets.

Managing Retail Marketing operations to ensure high brand visibility and maximize the channel sales throughput.

  • Regular market/competitor analysis pertaining to 4Ps and share feedback with respective Product and Marketing team to enable the best countermeasures to maintain the market leadership position.
  • Developing Performance Metrics, Incentive Structure, Sales Promotional Schemes and monitoring the Key Parameters designed to increase the overall productivity of the sales team.
Requirements

15+ years of experience into Channel sales and distribution.

Must handling 2 Regions .

Must handling General Trade
