Job description

EA to the Managing director:

1)Helps derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types.

2)Collects data points and represents it in a meaningful format to enable the leader in making strategic choices.

3)Supports Managing Director in building Business & Strategy presentations.

4)Drives continuous improvements by applying LEAN – specifically creates and maintains Daily Management Board for IMT

5)Performs all standard supporting tasks for India Managing Director

a.Agenda Management, Mail screen incoming and outgoing mail, processing, and priorities

b.Creating draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes/ PowerPoints

c.Develop travel plans travel arrangements (incl visa) and related expenses.

d.Organizing meetings, events, (video) conferences, Web casts

6)Deals with sensitive, complex, and highly confidential information.

Sales Analyst:

1)Analyzes sales data and trends. Responsible for collection, analysis, and reporting of the sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales revenue/productivity.

2)Maintains and enhances DMS & other Sales automation tools to effectively monitor and report Sales numbers across channels, across brands.

3)Identifies analytical models and performing data analysis that aid in solving business problems.

4)Builds dashboards that aid in business tracking and actions for the Sales organization.

5)Manages end to end MIS while overseeing reporting for both the brands.

6)Creates an integrated data repository for the organization accessible for all. Maintains and releases integrated dashboards at regular frequency.


Min 1-3 years experience as Executive Assistant

  • SAP Experience
  • MBA (Sales, Marketing)
