Service and Spares business development To keep an eye on dealer spare parts stock and train dealer service team for products of the organisation.
Resolve the service issues of customers through dealer man power.
Visit the customer sites to resolve the issues
Find out opportunity to generate new spare parts and service business
Attempt service calls directly for our direct product lines
Service level Improvement Daily Tracking of all issues of dealer / Customer and resolve it on priority
Spare parts availability checking and arrangement
Do the Demos for direct customers
Actively work on reducing Turn Around Time
Warranty handling at customer and dealer end
Product Quality Improvement Identify the issues on present products and report to the Service Head for rectification wherever possible.
Bench mark competition products and suggest possible solutions for product improvements
Service Promotional activities Arrange the service camp with distributor team and execute same.
Conduct Do`s and Don’ts training , Maintenance training
Usage of Husqvarna systems Ensuring that Up tool ,Web warranty and DMS are used across the region
Training of new dealer manpower on these systems
Ensuring quality reports in the system
