  • This position will lead the complete people development agenda for the Region Work for developing Knowledge and Skill of REP and FLM Will work closely with RM for decisions on recruitment, Promotions, IDP creation, etc. Should be a person who can direct &Influence deliverables within region based on activities and people he operate with . Some of the must have strengths include ,Analytical skill, MS(Excel, Power Point) capabilities.

  • Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
  • 6 Days a week working
  • Travelling between Regions
  • 10 to 15 Days Field work in a month
  • Deliver Virtual and Face to Face Training programs
  • Building Training modules with timelines based on TNA

JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area.
  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel.
  • Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules.
  • Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs.
  • Prepares lesson plans and training materials.
  • Designs product demonstrations.
  • Develops course content.
  • Determines methodology.
  • Coordinates the development of training aids.
  • Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
  • May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests.
  • Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years experience, with minimum 5-6 years experience in product/sales training
  • Candidate should have a background in sales and training
  • Candidate should be open to travel as this role involves travelling across 2 regions.
