  • Responsible for Human Resources functions including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Onboarding
  • Develop and implement company employee handbook Kurkumbh unit.
  • Innovate and implement Employee Counselling Cetre at Kurkumbh Unit.
  • Uniformed Employee Engagement practices
  • Function as a point person for Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Industrial Trainings and Employee Onboarding
Requirements
  • Full-time MBA is mandatory, preferred from Tier 1/Tier2 Institute
  • 1-3 years experience in HRBP
  • Experience in employee relations and industrial relations is a value add.
