Accountable for managing the media process and media strategy in the market / country, cross business clusters & brand, for the specific market, including:
- Localization of global media briefs and translating them in local market briefing.
- Guiding marketing managers to translate their business needs in a fit-for-purpose media brief.
- Evaluating strategic recommendation & detailed media plans
- Approving media plans
- Managing the local PO & invoicing approval process concerning media.
- Managing the ongoing tracking of media performance during the campaign and post-campaign evaluations including all touchpoints, analysis & feedback.
- Keeping record of market and country media spend reporting
- Working with central media team at key stages
- Managing the local relationship with the media agency & partners, as well as in-house media teams.
