Job description
  • I den􀆟fy and resolve capacity shor􀆞alls either with downstream demand collabora􀆟on or upstream supplier schedule changes
  • Meet regularly with sales & Demand Planner to discuss key in-stock and inventory issues, focus areas for the week and extended 􀆟meframes
  • Work closely with business demand planners to ensure proper stock levels and alloca􀆟on for fashion, new core +, front-end sales or ‘promo􀆟onal’ items
  • Run the monthly plant specific Supply Reviews and contribute to the consolidated Hub input to IBP reviews to agree upon effec􀆟ve capacity plans that balance customer service,

supply cost and inventory targets ensuring that all derailing issues are effectively framed and escalated to the relevant forum for resolution

  • Ensure product con􀆟nuity of supply for all materials that fall under their assigned por􀆞olio of products
  • C ollaborate closely with the manufacturing sites by monitoring available capacity, monitoring, and managing component availability to ensure that supply plans can be fulfilled,

and proactively working to mitigate and resolve any product supply and/or customer service issues

  • Manage inventory levels and the deployment of finished goods according to customer demands and company objec􀆟ves
  • Advise management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of product supply for exis􀆟ng products for future launches
  • D evelop capacity-feasible supply plans and provide to the manufacturing sites on a prescribed schedule
Requirements

E xperience in planning for manufactured products

  • D emonstrates skills in analyzing, planning, judgment and decision making
  • A bility to work remotely as both an individual contributor and in a team environment
  • Gradua􀆟on in Engineering/ Gradua􀆟on in Commerce / Master’s in Supply Chain or Demand Planning
  • Strong communica􀆟on & Interpersonal

Graduation in Engineering/ Graduation in Commerce / Master’s in Supply Chain or Demand Planning

Minimum 5+ years’ work experience in Supply Planning and Candidates from Stationery & FMCG industry preferred
