To meet sales target of Customization Segment. To prepare strategy to achieve timely sales to meet sales target.
Ensure adherence to corporate values.
To achieve the Sales Target in customization (fabrication activity) as per the agreed Budget for the year contributing to the growth and achievement of Segment Target. Follow 4 Dx philosophies for achieving.
Regularly track and develop new clients for increasing customer base/ projects for the custom made solutions in India.
Responsible for entire Pre Sales activities and liaison with Customization team at Ratnagiri, Application Engineer, Internal Sales & Commercial department for effective execution of Sales Order.
Accounts Receivable of the Segment to ensure zero outstanding payment.
Project schedule and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Develop and streamline the Customisation Activity.
Monitor Competitor’s activities in the region and accordingly bring in change wherever possible post discussion with Management for company's product range
