Job description
  • Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
  • Configure - Create complex JIRA workflows, configurations, and schemes (screen, field, permission, and notification). Manage integration with other products/services.
  • Plugin Management - Responsible for managing existing plugins, evaluating, testing and deploying new plugins to address customer requirements.
  • Atlassian certifications (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence, Crowd) with experience deploying and managing those applications in either AWS or Atlassian Cloud.
  • Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
  • Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
  • Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains.
  • Installing and configuring Jira/Confluence or other Atlassian products.
  • Optimizing Workflows in JIRA
  • Configuring User Permissions
  • Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities.
  • Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage - Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support.
Requirements

Must have certification in Atlassian

  • 5+ years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
  • Experience writing custom JQL’s, Plugins and Scripts for the Atlassian Suite.
  • Expert level experience creating custom Workflows, Issues, Fields, and Screens
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Experience extending Atlassian products via code development.
