Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Create, develop and test Peoplesoft-related enhancements/changes
• Provide technical solutions to new and existing business requirements
• Support US Payroll processes as required
• Support US Benefits-related processes with third-party vendors
• Create new and support existing integrations from PeopleSoft with internal

and external HR applications/vendors e.g. Recruiting

• Work with HRIS support and functional teams on application-related updates
• Assist the technical team on development tasks using SQR, PeopleCode,

application engine, and other technical support requirements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Be fully versed on Peoplesoft HCM 9, Peopletools 8.58 or higher
• Strong skills on PeopleTools (Peoplecode, App Engine, etc.)
• Strong skills on SQR/SQL
• Minimum two years’ experience of working with PeopleSoft
• Understanding, building and developing Fluid pages, Activity Guides, Pivot

Grids (all preferred but not essential)

• Strong on Oracle SQL
• Strong on Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Works well with team
• EMEA/US shift
• Minimum BS / BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
