Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, develop and test Peoplesoft-related enhancements/changes
- Provide technical solutions to new and existing business requirements
- Support US Payroll processes as required
- Support US Benefits-related processes with third-party vendors
- Create new and support existing integrations from PeopleSoft with internal
and external HR applications/vendors e.g. Recruiting
- Work with HRIS support and functional teams on application-related updates
- Assist the technical team on development tasks using SQR, PeopleCode,
application engine, and other technical support requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be fully versed on Peoplesoft HCM 9, Peopletools 8.58 or higher
- Strong skills on PeopleTools (Peoplecode, App Engine, etc.)
- Strong skills on SQR/SQL
- Minimum two years’ experience of working with PeopleSoft
- Understanding, building and developing Fluid pages, Activity Guides, Pivot
Grids (all preferred but not essential)
- Strong on Oracle SQL
- Strong on Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Works well with team
- EMEA/US shift
- Minimum BS / BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
