Job description

Act as SuccessFactors subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes - Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support - Understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points - Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures - Establish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams - Act as Change lead and ensure User Training for an effective system adoption - Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment - Create & update User manuals, videos to ensure users understand the process - Maximise the opportunity to streamline & standardise the processes, policies & work flows - Seek inputs from the stakeholders at regular intervals improve the overall effectiveness of the system & generate higher value. - Reach out to relevant stakeholders in SAP, implementation partner to ensure upcoming features are evaluated & impact assessed before go-live. - Review the support call logs & take necessary action to educated stakeholder or reengineer the process.


Minimum 4 to 8 years’ experience with successful implementations & support of the SuccessFactors modules.

  • SAP SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is desirable in atleast one or two modules (EMPLOYEE CENTRAL (mandatory) RCM / ONB/ PMGM/ Comp / Learning/ Succession Planning).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
