Job description

The Solutions function is responsible for business development across the firm working closely with the BU Heads, Account Leaders and Delivery Leaders.

In addition, this function is responsible for strategic account planning and working closely with BU Heads & CEO to make pitches for key marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define BU / Horizontal level Strategy along with the Business / Delivery Heads and Head of Strategy.
  • Develop industry / segments point-of-views and solutions which are aligned to Go-to-market Strategy of the BU / Horizontal.
  • Own

the Proposal and pitch documents.

  • Provide inputs and directions for the BU while working closely with Delivery Head.

Desired Experience and Primary skills:

Musrt have strong experience in Solutioning and Presales.

  • 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Consulting and / or Presales activities.
  • Domain Expertize needed -Product Engineering (must-have) – Industrials or Hi-tech or both.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written & oral communication, presentation storyboarding skills.
  • Stakeholder management including C-suite and SVP of BU
  • Program management for response and bids
