Roles & Responsibilities: - Delivering new product launches align with Field Crop business strategy. - Defining brand strategy align with portfolio strategy. - Defining marketing communication strategy - Prioritizing campaigns and resource allocation in line with overall strategy, oversees the execution of marketing campaigns. - Overviewing effectiveness of campaigns in season and post campaign review against objectives.
15-18 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural input preferably in Field Crops - Experience in developing teams and participation in strategic teams - Excellent knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy and customer insights.
