This is a team handling role, will have 3 reportees.

I. Develop and implement the strategy for the Tech Ops team to ensure adequate legal support is provided to the business teams and key stakeholders in a timely manner.

II. Build and develop key internal stakeholder relationships to better understand business needs and provide accurate, timely legal support to various departments.

III. Drive implementation of strict adherence to the statutory compliances the applicable laws and regulations in all the manufacturing units.

IV. Initiate actions in relation to the quality complaints and manage the best resolutions to ensure that the company's claims are settled.

V. To develop and implement processes to improvise the standard contracts to ensure that the company is not exposed to higher risks .

VI. Provide training to Tech Ops legal team members.

VII. Provide support in M & A activities and work closely to ensure completion of the required ancillary documents.
