Job Background/context:
GPC Change and Implementations Lead works in a multi-client, cross-regional, and cross-product role. This role is part of the Implementations and Change Management function, reporting locally to GPC Site Lead of Testing, Change and Implementations and functionally to APAC Change and Implementations Lead & global Change/PMO and Implementation Leads. It encompasses management of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Program Management Office area, dealing with various types of change activity, including but not limited to: client on-boarding, client change delivery, internal and transformation initiatives, mandatory projects, system/platforms enhancements, releases and business support. Role includes high level of exposure to clients, Product, Technology and Operations’ senior stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
Responsibility for management of Business Analysts, Project Managers and PMO staff structure (through team leaders and directly) and the delivery of work slate i.e. ensuring to provide direction, resourcing coordination and prioritization, implementation, execution, control, reporting and completion of specific projects – in consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Client coverage embraces global clients of Middle Office and Funds Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and execution of multiple projects
- Day-to-day leadership, management & support of Change, Implementations and PMO area, ensuring structure is setup in relevance with business goals, all required deliverables are fulfilled and whole employee lifecycle is managed appropriately from recruitment, on-boarding, training, development and retention perspective.
- Active management through goals, key performance and quality indicators with view of improving overall quality and timeliness of projects delivery
- Capacity management and dynamic prioritization
- Active cooperation with Product, Technology, Oversight and Clients with view of making products and services scalable and efficient
- Capacity management and dynamic prioritization
- Building effective relationships with production/BAU Middle Office and Funds teams globally, enabling high quality and timely delivery of projects and ensuring BAU satisfaction from delivered initiatives
- Very close cooperation with other Change teams to work out standardized offering, procedures and operating model
- Continual review of Testing, Change and Implementations processes to identify and execute tactical and strategic service and efficiency improvements
- Continual review of BAU operational processes to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies
- Structured MIS provision to all stakeholders with regard to client changes status
- Pro-active risk management and cooperation with necessary stakeholders in order to minimize operational & project risk and adherence to all policies.
- Ensuring teams compliance with applicable laws, regulations; including adherence with programme and project management procedures and guidelines.
