Ensuring quality review of financials along with variance analysis
Ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal laws like VAT, Intra-stat, etc including transfer pricing
Managing receivables /payables and RBI compliance
Controlling COE
Streamlining entity closure of the entities within Cluster
Support team members to close the books ensuring timely deliverables.
Ensuring best practises are being followed across entities.

Driving Entity review centrally and resolving pending issues
Supporting Internal and External auditors and teams to close audit
Assisting team to implement SAP, usage of SAP
Partnering with Shared service team to drive efficiency and process improvement along with reviews.
