Financial Planning and Budgeting for each financial year basis focus area of CSR Policy and CSR Compliance

• To coordinate with NGOs starting from selection, performing due-diligence, MoU signing, project monitoring on timely manner
• Preparing implementation plan for each CSR program to meet the program objectives and the compliance requirements.
• Periodic monitoring and reporting of the CSR & Corporate Sustainability initiatives
• Preparing annual CSR & Sustainability report as per Companies Act.
• Organizing and leading the CSR quarterly and annual Board meetings with updates on program developments and the financial expenditure statements
• Selection and liaisoning with appropriate implementation partners for the CSR Project
• Underdoing CSR audit & impact assessment and fulfilling the necessary requirements.
• Updating the process and policies basis the audit outcomes.
• Fulfilling all internal and external compliance requirements, including regulatory, for CSR programs.
• Applying for esteemed awards, basis the selection criteria and submitting the necessary documentations.
• To design CSR programs along with implementation plan
• Developing and executing CSR programs as well as monitoring and conducting periodic program audits
• To coordinate direct implementation of CSR projects through own Foundations along with the sub- NGOs involved
