Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Assist CFO in reviewing and accurately analyzing business performance on a regular basis
  • Provide strategic inputs and analytical support by constantly monitoring business performance, through periodic MIS and weekly meetings with the finance & accounts team
  • Draft strategic reports and prepares presentations for top management review
  • Drive initiatives and projects on behalf of the CFO’s office, and regularly updates the progress to the CFO
  • Compile information on industry trends, track industry growth, and conduct competitor analysis. Provide inputs on economic trends (local & global ) & emerging technologies for internal review

Business Performance Management

  • Prepare and maintain critical dashboards for management review by effectively collecting data from all stakeholders and publishing the same periodically
  • Work closely with business leaders to track large ticket sales orders/funnel and other business related updates
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items to closure
  • Partner effectively with the finance team to accurately report business numbers
  • Help rationalize business forecasts by reconciling it with data received from all channels from time to time
  • Support the CFO in communication with the department and the organization
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents/memos for the leadership team
  • Extend comprehensive support for all board meetings
  • Extend support in the preparation of ad-hoc reports/presentations etc
  • Act as the point of contact between the CFO and internal or external stakeholders

Administrative Support

  • Arranging meeting logistics and invites
  • Prepare and publish the agenda for all important meetings and capture MOMs
  • Document control, maintaining incoming and outgoing documents
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
Requirements
  • Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and well organized
  • Proven ability to establish priorities and work independently in a proactive manner
  • Effectively able to assess situational needs, develop and implement creative solutions and anticipate the needs of the CFO
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment and handle responsibilities with poise and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues
