This role will primarily be focused on the Digital Marketing operations, e-commerce and Marketing strategy for brand development and lead generation. The role will be reporting into the Marketing Head and will require collaboration within the team and with other teams across Fluke. The prospect for this should be comfortable dealing with internal and external customers and should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Industry experience is bonus but not mandatory. Innovative ideas to reach and appeal to customers will be the success factors. E-commerce experience is an added advantage.
Digital Marketing (Primary)
1. Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2. Proven Marketing experience involving Strategy, managing budgets, Social media content creation, Digital campaigns & Website management 3. Strong creative, strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects 5. Commitment to working with cross-functional teams collaboratively with a shared purpose 6. Strong oral and written communication skills 7. Proficient in Creating and maintaining client relationships 8. Managing processes 9. Self-motivated yet customer-focused 10. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels 11. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 12. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines 13. Overall work experience of around 6-8 years
