Develop deep understanding of our consumer overall (life, digital life) as well as in our category context
Lead creation of a winning online communication strategy across all social media and other platforms managing a team of agencies, designers, copywriters
Develop monthly communication+ content calendar across online platforms in line with brand priorities
Create engaging social media content (original text, photos, videos, etc) in collaboration with agencies
Explore and innovate with new content formats, amplification ideas and A/B experiments
Design and execute relevant Influencer collaborations/ partnerships
Use content management systems to analyze users engagement metrics, and develop content strategies to improve performance
Manage communication with followers and set up monitor customer reviews
Continually benchmark trends/ consumer preferences for raising the bar on creativity and relevance
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic onto the brand website
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Requirements
3-6 years of experience as a Digital media (including Social) manager in a consumer facing organization (FMCG, Consumer durables, Lifestyle, DTC or digital agencies with experience of such categories etc).
