Job description
  • Design Business Strategy focussing on RE & Brand Growth across the Region in partnership with Retail Marketing, New Retail and Brand Teams.
  • Build High Performing Team to execute the business strategy.
  • Re-evaluate existing roles & redefine that in context of limitless / new retail.
  • Evaluate existing talent against the redefined roles & create an action plan to - develop/engage/retain or part ways (if required) with specific timelines.
  • Elevate & empower roles by assigning addl responsibilities (appoint as SPOC etc).
  • Build Omni Channel & Analytics Capabilities through:

o Individual & Team Capability Building.

o Process Enhancements.

o Structural Changes (if required)

  • Drive a culture that focuses on strategic priorities, builds empowered teams, experiments to accelerate innovation, is data driven and digitally connected.

Requirements
  • Strong bias for action with a proven track record for ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills demonstrating an ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

  • Strategic leadership with strong understanding of the external environment and how it impacts business growth along with experience in creating sharp priorities and objectives, leading to strong business results.
  • Lead the team with a growth mindset; accelerate performance through accountability whilst being inclusive and purposeful.
  • Proven ability leading and growing large scale multi-functional teams while cultivating a culture of experimentation and digital mindset
