Job description
  • Design Business Strategy focussing on RE & Brand Growth across the Region in partnership with Retail Marketing, New Retail and Brand Teams.
  • Build High Performing Team to execute the business strategy.
  • Re-evaluate existing roles & redefine that in context of limitless / new retail.
  • Evaluate existing talent against the redefined roles & create an action plan to - develop/engage/retain or part ways (if required) with specific timelines.
  • Elevate & empower roles by assigning addl responsibilities (appoint as SPOC etc).
  • Build Omni Channel & Analytics Capabilities through:

o Individual & Team Capability Building.

o Process Enhancements.

o Structural Changes (if required)

  • Drive a culture that focuses on strategic priorities, builds empowered teams, experiments to accelerate innovation, is data driven and digitally connected.

  • Lead the team with a growth mindset; accelerate performance through accountability whilst being inclusive and purposeful.
  • Proven ability leading and growing large scale multi-functional teams while cultivating a culture of experimentation and digital mindset


  • Must have: Experiences across traditional and modern trade across channels and geos.
  • Good to have: Lead transformation projects - Optimize delivery/Go to market strategies
