Job description
  • Create and develop a long-term plan and marketing strategy in-line with the overall divisional plan.
  • Create & lead the NPD roadmap for the category towards achieving long-term vision on Face Wash
  • Lead the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all marketing plans
  • Lead marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR, Packaging, Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
  • Analyse and provide consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales initiatives
  • Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand
  • Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the company’s business objectives
  • Develop annual plans and budgeting for the brand and monitor the expenditure
  • Build & Lead team on Face Wash towards achieving the long-term vision
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in FMCG marketing
  • Work experience in personal care will be an added advantage.
  • MBA degree required in Marketing or related discipline, preferably from Premier Institute
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
  • Good presentation and writing skills
  • Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement
  • Should possess strong interpersonal skills and is a relationship builder
  • Strategic thinker and creative marketer
