The incumbent in this role will oversee the end-to-end portfolio strategy and execution, including channel and influence initiatives brand activation, loyalty and engagement. This role will drive the regions to achieve the joint sales and marketing KPI and will monitor and track the deliverables on an ongoing basis. It will also undertake all national and regional interventions to drive volume, margin, and customer engagement.
The role will also oversee revenue management for the category ensuring optimum pricing in relation to the market through an insight based and proactive approach, and also drive the margin KPI’s at national and SKU level to meet organization objectives.
Category Manager – CVL Specialities is part of the commercial marketing team which will provide support to the sales team to penetrate, expand and grow market share by achieving targets for volume, reach, activation, revenue and driving profitability.

3.Important to keep track of the price and revenue movement in dynamic industry situation
4.Deployment of GTM digital initiative and brand initiatives for engaging and extraction from channel & Influencer.
5.Sound knowledge of Traditional & Digital Marketing, including Market Research.
