Collect and analyze data from Salesforce to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using Salesforce data.
Create data models and perform data analysis to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain data quality standards to ensure accurate and consistent data in Salesforce.
Perform data cleansing, data validation, and data manipulation, as necessary.
Train end-users on the use of Salesforce reporting and analytics tools.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality to ensure the organization makes the most of the platform's capabilities.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce data and processes, identifying improvement areas and making optimization recommendations.
Requirements
Full working knowledge of Tableau, Sales Force, PowerPoint & Excel
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Any Graduation (preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics)
