▪Coordinating with RE managers to share geo specific insights on GTM & driving GTM strategy on the ground through Field teams
▪Working with the Branch Finance Manager to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in all spends wrt trade / in-store etc.
▪Analysis of market share and ND/WD/internal data points/ITT/STT figures to arrive at the optimum strategy
▪Conceptualising in-market solutions to tap local business opportunities, and liaising with field teams for the successful implementation of the same.
▪Develop communication plan for Field team, RE’s and for Key large customers
▪Successful execution of RE-wise activations that are planned
▪Work closely with Regional Managers to identify opportunities and actioning Go-to-Market strategies
▪Work as part of Retail Marketing with RE managers and Brand Managers to close quarter activation grids by category / brand / geography
