Develop and execute HSE plans across the Global Manufacturing sites, aligned to organization systems, procedures, legal guidelines and best practices. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a HSE culture. Develop a proactive and engaged HSE team that meets the need of the businesses in achieving Operational Excellence. Define, coordinate and drive HSE initiatives across the group. Ensure uniform safety systems & processes across all sites.
Education -Degree in Chemical Engineering + PG Diploma in Industrial safety
Minimum 20 years as a health and safety experience in manufacturing industry preferably chemical sector unit and minimum 5 years of experience at Corporate Level.
Overall knowledge of the industrial safety, ISO 45001, 18001 standards. Knowledge on legal compliance, Statutory & regulatory requirements and firefighting/ first aid, process safety
