4+ years of in-depth hands-on experience in business/market intelligence, performance reporting and/or descriptive analytics for Marketing or other commercial leadership A good knowledge of Knime or any ETL tools is mandatory. Experience with Tableau/ Power BI/ other visualization tools Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical data and business rules is preferred. Should be able to understand flow of data and have a transformation mind-set. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Project Execution, create and update analytics dashboards for business decision making requirements. Build and exhibit deep expertise on available data sets and support data enabled decision making using data from external suppliers and internal data for various sources. Consistent delivery of high quality, timely and insightful reports to enable brand and senior leadership to track performance of Eli Lilly brands Develop and publish regularly, market intelligence reports/ dashboards on KPIs related to sales, sales growth, wholesaler inventory, market share, market growth, sales force activity, P2P and non-personal channel promotional impressions and engagement metrics etc.
