Job description

This role, FMSO– Field Medical Optimization Associate Consultant, will report to the FMSO Team Leader and work within a team established to provide critical capabilities for Eli Lilly’s Global Field Medical organization. These capabilities may include Customer Segmentation & Identification, Field Medical Sizing, Structure, Territory Alignment Design and Maintenance, Field Call planning and Refinement, and Medical Engagement Planning (MEP), Platform Support, and ad-hoc analytical needs.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Global Customer Operations.

  • Knowledge and use of a variety of analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL) and understanding of best situations to use specific tools
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations
  • User / Data management, e.g. data loading/extraction, database administration, data interfaces
