• Preparation of Company’s Budget & Variance Analysis
• Preparation of Monthly MIS upto Contribution/EBIDTA
• Actual Product wise & Channel wise gross profit statement.
• Preparation of product wise quantitative & value report
• Sales resume data for budgeted period.
• Gross contribution reconciliation statement with financial statements
• Close-co-ordination with marketing team/Purchase for contribuiton and cost working for NPD and revision of existing products
• Monthly verification of BOM and updation of same.
• Maintenance of Sales & Purchase registers tallying with GL
• Check on inventory levels.
• Channel wise Category wise MIS company PL
• Understanding, use, implementation of COPA/BI is must.

Costing

• Coordinating activities like: Project Evaluation, Establishing Sound Costing Systems & Procedures, Purchase Rate Fixation, Establishment Of Material Variance System & Control Of Wastages, Development of Internal Control System To Ensure Effective Control & Performance
• Variance analysis Standard cost vs Actual Cost
• Determination & Validation of Landed Cost
• Inventory Valuation for traded and Manufactured goods
• Monthly verification of BOM and updation of same.
• Inventory analysis for cost and Sale prices
• Ageing of inventory movement
• Reconciliation of stock with sales/purchase/transfers to match with Closing inventory at period intervals.
