Assistant Manager - Credit Risk Business Analyst
Work type: Permanent - Full time
you will be responsible for delivering key capital reports and performance metrics. You will use your SQL skills to deliver ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders, provide user testing support and results analysis for both ongoing change programs and scheduled code releases while managing the data warehouse/regulatory control framework ensuring documentation keeps pace with change in the system environment.
You will also help identify opportunities to improve processes, act as bridge between IT and the business and ensure that the IT deliverables are a reflection of the business needs and maintain efficient communication with senior management, technology teams and business stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to drive BAU change for Finance, specifically related to Credit risk and BASEL regulations
Required skills you will have a strong academic background in either Accounting, Finance or Information Technology
You will have a minimum 7-10 years of post-qualification experience with strong knowledge of credit risk, SQL and relational databases and have a basic understanding ETL/data warehouse concepts.
It is essential that you have previous experience in the Financial Services industry and ideally a background in accounting, product control or systems accounting. It would also be preferred if you have knowledge of financial instruments and products
