Job description
  • To achieve agreed target through effective territory coverage.
  • To managing distributor to ensure primary the sales plan is achieved as per defined objectives.
  • .To resolving retailers complaint with company or distributor and managing customer complaint including sales return in case of sales return People orientation.
  • -Defined task for day (target, focus/NPD articles, scheme comm..etc) for each sales executives.
  • Timely review of monthly/quarterly performance with ASE, SOs and distributors Receiving distributor orders, checking credit limit and ensuring order details are shared with billing team .
  • Compiling market working reports from SOs and sharing with admin team .
  • Analyzing competitor report shared by SOs and preparing action plans to counter competition
  • Communicating trade promotion schemes to SOs and Distributor.
  • To look for a new market opportunities and recommend the appointment of new dealers program, incentives, scheme.
  • To systematically collect report information on the competition. To ensure width of coverage of each brand to promote product and consumer awareness by organizing activities like –sampling, on-premise promotion and local events.
  • Too constantly through effective distribution structure. To ensure monthly reporting of objective and result achieved including route plan accounting and territory coverage reports.
Requirements

3 to 10 years

MBA Qualified

Industry preferred - FMCG, Food processing, Beverages, Personal and beauty care, Fitness and wellness, Pharmaceutical
