  • To identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B channel.
  • Understanding of the corporate and/or professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of RISK products and services and how they apply to the customers needs.
  • Strong focus on additional growth opportunities for genuine spares and accessories through the Dealer distribution channel
  • Working closely with channel partners to generate new business in existing accounts and in new markets, imparting product knowledge to the channel partners.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly set-goals.
  • Develop a monthly state-wide and district-wide sales strategy detailing the roles of the distributors and marketing executives.
  • Build strong business partnerships by way of thorough, clear communication and regular and productive call cycles
  • Forecasting of products and timely invoicing and delivery assurance
  • Optimize the impact of promotions and initiatives of targeted product categories
  • Liaison with Government agencies and other institutions for obtaining and promoting the subsidy
  • Any degree/post graduation.
  • 8 to 10 years of strong experience in channel sales and key account management.
  • Should have good knowledge of the territory - East & North East
  • Knowledge of agriculture subsidy program would be an added advantage.
  • Drive for results as committed through passionate Sales and problem-solving skills.
  • Think and act to achieve both short term and long-term objectives.
