Monitoring Primary & Secondary sales performance on a daily basis to ensure achievement of targets by the team.
Achieving optimum product penetration in the market.
Communicate right schemes to the Team which provides hassle free business.
Ensuring availability of products in the required quantities as per the company’s norms and policies
Maintaining adequate supply of stock for timely availability of the product in the market
Tracking status of key order conversions, open calls status etc. for the area using weekly and monthly and quarterly trackers.
Sustaining effective working relationships with Distributors through regular communication and interaction.
