- Responsible for Providing inputs for establishing sales target to be achieved from the territory in terms of number of customers and sales in a given time period.
- Monitoring Primary & Secondary sales performance on a daily basis to ensure achievement of targets by the team.
- Achieving optimum product penetration in the market.
- Communicate right schemes to the Team which provides hassle free business.
- Ensuring availability of products in the required quantities as per the company’s norms and policies
oMaintaining adequate supply of stock for timely availability of the product in the market
- Tracking status of key order conversions, open calls status etc. for the area using weekly and monthly and quarterly trackers.
- Sustaining effective working relationships with Distributors through regular communication and interaction.
