Job description

As a Talent partner, you will understand talent needs, enhance and execute key talent management processes linked to Organizational Development

  • Design and execute strategic, high impact talent management processes, Succession Pipeline, Leadership Development, OD interventions and practices to support Business Priorities.
  • Partner with HR Community and Business leaders to ensure effective design, adoption and aligned execution of these processes across the company
  • Identify different talent pools and run assessment/development centers
  • Develop healthy leadership pipeline for the organization through strategic Talent Processes in alignment with the leadership team, HR and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of all talent, leadership processes, policies and procedures which includes, but is not limited to succession planning, leadership identification and assessment, Talent review, leadership development
  • Educate leadership teams on individual development and team development best practices
  • Leadership capability development through well-defined portfolio of offerings across all hierarchies in the organization.
  • Driving the Coaching and Mentoring frameworks for mid to senior level leaders, governance and its implementation
  • Develop a pool of Succession Pipeline candidates through a structured Succession Planning & Development process.
  • Fast track programs to accelerate Leadership Development
  • Measure impact of all interventions, provide regular updates to key stakeholders and partners on the progress, results, and outcomes of programs /interventions

8-12 years of work Experience working Talent/ OD with Big4 and manufacturing organizations.

Basic Educational Qualifications:

  • Essential:

Graduate + MBA in HR, or Masters in psychology

  • Desired/ Preferable:

oCertifications in Talent Management/ OD preferred added advantage

oCertified in at least 2-3 Psychometric instrument
