i. GM’s Calendar management (temporary)
ii. Administrative support
iii. Travel support to the GM (domestic/international)
iv. Event Management and Coordination: Align with marketing in planning and execution of online and offline events. Coordinate with different stake holders like finance, procurement, third party vendors, travel desk etc. to deliver the requirement on time.
v. Support planning other group events like annual meetings etc
vi. Policy and audits: understand and learn Abbott’s policies and execute plans in compliance with the same. Maintain proper documents for the internal compliance audits for marketing activities
vii. Budgets: Maintain and update team on the marketing budget.
viii. Training and follow up: Train sales team on document requirement for each event time. Follow up and assure that each activity is conducted as per Abbott’s policy.
