o Responsible for timely, accurate and complete execution of the MEC and related transactional activities.
o Providing coordination and oversight for the RTR & PTP activities executed by Infosys.
o Preparation of the TSR in the MEC process, analyzing actual balances to ensure that movements are understood and that the result is complete prior to submission.
o To work proactively to ensure that follow-up actions are completed timely and that the Head of Finance & Business Partners are updated on the closing status.
o Providing coordination and oversight for the RTR, PTP and Statutory & Fiscal activities executed by Infosys.
o Responsible to lead the BSAR process together with Infosys and is accountable for meeting the overall BSAR KPI.
o Proactively managing the BSAR KPI and ensuring that the process meets quality requirements.
o Responsible for oversight of GST & TDS reconciliation & timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
o Responsible for consolidation of monthly, quarterly & annual financials for management results review as well as statutory & tax audit purposes.
o Responsible for execution & timely completion of annual statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit.
o Be the first point of contact for external auditors and getting audits completed on time.
o Responsible to ensure the integrity of the transactional RTR, PTP and S&F processes.
o Through the process coordinate with both Finance and non-Finance teams, as well as Infosys to ensure that inputs to the RTR & PTP flows are delivered timely and in line with the process requirements.
o Responsible to understand standards, controls and policies and ensure their proper application in the process, as well as maintenance of related work instructions.
o Responsible to proactively monitor the BSARs, MEC and Finance and ICS audits.
o Work across finance and non-finance teams to address and close issues timely, review account documentation, and ensure reporting timelines are met.
o Responsible to work closely with Infosys RTR, PTP and Stat & Fiscal teams to build knowledge over processes and ensure that new initiatives and process changes are properly implemented in all the processes.
o In the Process, proactively identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency and to take actions to ensure that processes are continually improving
